To close the educational sessions on transition and estate planning, come join us for a Thanksgiving week special “Turkey Talk” on transition.  Dr. Dave Kohl, Virginia Tech academic Hall of Famer, writer, speaker and business owner, will discuss practical tips, techniques and wisdom on the process of business succession management.  He will discuss how to start the process, execute and finish the plan.  He will provide the sweet sixteen steps for both the senior and junior generations to ensure a favorable outcome.  Kohl will introduce several assessment tools that can be utilized in an area where procrastination often results in unlikely winners such as Uncle Sam and high-priced professionals.  Focusing on the planning process and discipline in execution of the plan can often save thousands or even millions of dollars and allow families and business partners to fulfill their life’s dreams.
